04/28/17 at 03:37Mistake #2: You Are Training Your Muscles Incorrectly - This mistake is very detrimental for a training. If you look at Jacob's website you will see plenty of other people saying it works on their behalf too. If you modify your workouts to doing five sets, the initial three should be explosive, and you've got to have enthusiastic, plus you've got to explode like you have never exploded before.
