11/20/16 at 22:49Writer director Joss Whedon found himself killing off many darlings in his script to provide the movie at a manageable span as it wove together such a big menagerie of superheroes, including beginners Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), to the battle between Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, as well as the robot monstrosity Ultron.
