11/20/16 at 10:47Writer director Joss Whedon located himself killing off many darlings in his script to deliver the film at a manageable span as it wove together such a sizeable menagerie of superheroes, including beginners Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), to the clash between Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, and also the robot monstrosity Ultron.
